Our In-Vehicle Cover is automatically included. If you’re on the road with your equipment, then we can cover musical instruments that are temporarily stored in your car when you’re away from home. Storage and vehicle requirements apply.

If you've suffered damage to or theft of your musical equipment, we know how distressing it can be. That's why we'll do everything possible to deal with your claim promptly and get you back making music again. Our easy-to-use claims process is listed below with some helpful information regarding what to do if you need to make a claim.

If you’ve been the victim of theft or malicious damage, your first port of call should be to inform the police.
