2) How can I reduce the excess from £500?
- This is a slightly tricky one to answer…if you are midway through an application and don't want the excess, you can amend that on the 'confirm policy options' page.
If you have already completed the policy or you have had the policy for a while, we regret that this option cannot be altered mid term but you can change this at the next renewal date.

3) Hi, I have an existing policy with you. How do I change the policy type from Home and Studio to Flexicover?
- To upgrade your cover to Flexi, you can do so via our call centre on 0333 004 3888, or if you prefer for us to call you between 9am and 7pm Monday to Friday please advise us of your contact telephone number and a suitable time for us to call you.
