If we are unable to deal with your complaint to your satisfaction, then you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsmen Service.
We are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. The compensation limit for insurance mediation where the intermediary fails is 100% of the first £2,000 and 90% of the remainder.
